To access the EBMA Member Registration rate you must be an individual member of EBMA or a member of an institute member of EBMA. The Member discount code will be included in the next EBMA President's newsletter. If you did not receive the code, or would like to become a member of EBMA please contact the office.
The student registration rate is for full time, undergraduate students.
Special fee reductions (30% of Non-Member rate) are available for delegates working in Low-Middle Income Countries, according to the World Bank's classifications. Please consult the list of countries here and note that only low-income and low-middle income countries will be considered for the grant. Please contact the office prior to registering.
Group bookings should contact the office prior to registering.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be received in writing to the EBMA office by email. The following cancellation fees will be applied:
- Before 5pm (UK) 1 November 2026: Full refund, minus £45 administrative fee.
- After 5pm (UK) 1 November 2026: No refund will be given.
- All refunds will be issued after the conference
Payment Methods
Registration will take place on a secure event booking site, eventbrite. Options to pay by card and/or invoice are available. If you wish to pay by invoice please ensure you provide the billing information, contact details and email for finance departments and a purchase order number if required. We are unable to accept payment by cheque or cash.
Receipts
If you require a receipt please contact the office.
CPD Certificates
A digital CPD certificate will be sent by email, within 30 days of the event ending.
